This place is in such a handy location for when going on adventures - just 10 minutes off the M5!
As per our standard practice, we contacted the restaurant prior to booking to check their procedures when catering to someone with coeliac disease. They confirmed that their gluten free food is prepared in a gluten free kitchen and their chef would be happy to plate up a roast dinner in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination on the carvery!
We have visited this place several times, sampling their gluten free lasagne (meat), jackfruit burger and nut roast (complete with gluten free yorkshire pudding!) from the cafe and gluten free cakes and doughnuts available in the farm shop - all produced on site!
Every time we have visited they have had a good selection of cakes available, but we would recommend booking gluten free doughnuts in advance as they sell out quickly (and are only made on a Friday).
Flossie.
When I visit here we have to sit outside - luckily there are a large number of picnic tables and an undercover outdoor area to shelter from the great British weather. I like that I am given a water bowl and receive fuss from the staff 🥰
