Getting There

The Kings Arms is here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/s1dXxVds13rG6EEG6

We walked from our Airbnb, but there is a public carpark just up the road: https://maps.app.goo.gl/9UEzHZP39GVPUJZh9

Gluten free Menu?

No, but the menu clearly states which items can be made gluten free:

This pub is amazing for Coeliacs!

As per usual procedure, we contacted them in advance to check that they could cater to us. They responded quickly and it was clear that they understood how to avoid cross contamination successfully. The majority of their menu could be made coeliac-safe, including pizzas, fish and chips (in a gluten free fryer), burgers, chilli and pudding!

When we arrived, the excellent customer service continued and we absolutely loved our gluten free pizzas and chips! They also had gluten free brownies and syrup sponge up for grabs, but we were too full from our mains!

Obviously as always, please use your own judgement - this is a restaurant which contains gluten and we completely appreciate that it's often the staff member that you deal with who make the experience. On this occasion, we were very satisfied customers.

Overall, this is without a doubt our favourite place to eat in Hartland. It was great value and we 110% recommend that you visit.

I enjoyed my trip here... especially as the owner gave me some yummy treats! 😋
