This is a fantastic walk to do, however in wet weather the route can become incredibly slippery. The carpark is just off a very fast road, and this can get busy - the route involves crossing this road to start the ascent.
At the top you are rewarded with stunning views of the River Wye and Severn Bridge.
We completed the route clockwise, we climbed up the muddy bank and then came back down via the metal steps. These steps are not great for paws! 🐾

This was a fun walk with plenty of sticks to play with. I loved seeing the views from Eagles Nest however Ady had to carry me down some of the metal steps so I didn't do all 365 of them 🤪
